Refund and dispute policy: All items are sold as is. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds. Damages incurred during shipping will be settled between the client and courier.
Cancelation policy: If a commission is cancelled by the client, the project's percentage of completion will be determined by the crafter. That percentage of the total price will be retained. The rest will be refunded with the postage cost.
